SUMMARY:Shoe Shine Outreach- Guyra Lamb & Potato Festival
DESCRIPTION:Join the Guyra community as they host their annual Lamb & Potato Festival\nThere will be a motor show being put on by the Guyra Motor Club\, so this is your invitation- ALL MOTORCYCLE RIDERS\, if you have a motorcycle you would love to show off\, shine it up and enter it into the show’n’shine- there will also be great food\, a variety music throughout the day and stalls. \n \nCMA will once again man their shoe shine tent/outreach\, where\, over they years we have made some really great connections with local riders and those that have come for the day for the festivities. \n \nCMA members and their guests will be able to camp for free at the show ground – contact me for the days you would like to stay for and I will organise to get your camping arm bands set up for or if you would to seek other accommodation there are Motels and Hotels. \nCost for camping at the showground for non-CMA is $36 a night. \nShiralee Motel- 02 67791380 \nGuyra summit caravan park- 02 67791241 \nGuyra Hotel – 02 67791018 \nRoyal Hotel- 02 67791005 \nand there is a few Air B&B’s around. \nIf Guyra doesn’t have what you need accommodation wise- Armidale (south) & Glen Innes (North) are 30mins away. \nGuyra is always a great start to the CMA calendar- so if you haven’t been before I’d recommend you look into coming up\, the country hospitality is great and our mild Summer is also pleasant.

SUMMARY:2023 Memorial Ride to Gostwick Church
DESCRIPTION:CMA are hosting their annual memorial ride to honour past members who have gone to Glory with a ride up to Walcha\, then out to Gostwick Church at Uralla. \n \nThe Church was a place of frequent rides for Wayne “Papa Smurf ” Witchard especially when the autumn colours came through all over the church and the surrounding areas. So this event is not only to honour Wayne and his legacy in CMA\, but to show honour to others in our lives that are no longer with us. \nWe will be making Walcha the main meet up point as there will riders coming from all directions. \nMeet at Walcha Royal Cafe at 11am. \nWe can have Coffee/ early lunch here- when everyone has gathered\, we will then depart as a group (12:30pm) over to Gostwick to take in the Autumn colours of the Church a few words of reflection will be spoken then we can make our own plans for departure. \n  \n  \nSo put this date in your diary and watch this space for more details on the day- meet up points Guyra\, Tamworth and coastal way – put your meet up points in the discussion tab. \n  \nFor those that are riding some distance and would like to stay over night\, I recommend that you book accommodation at the Walcha Caravan Park- it is very motorcycle friendly and Luke is a great host. \nhttps://walchacaravanpark.com.au/
