SUMMARY:National Run - Tune Up 2026
DESCRIPTION:Our theme for 2026 is\, “Tune Up With Christ”.\nOur lives are full of distractions and it’s very easy to allow ourselves to be chugging along with a loose chain and worn tyres. Of course we intend to fix those things as soon as we get around to them but\, in the mean time\, the chain keeps wearing and the tread keeps getting thinner. But how delightful is it to ride when you get those things fixed? The ride is smoother\, the engine more powerful and you lose that feeling something is about to go wrong.\nThe same can be true for our Christian lives. If only we could get fuel injection\, computerised ignition and cruise control for our faith. Well\, we can. Christ is the qualified mechanic for our souls. If we look to Him for our ‘life maintenance’ we will be empowered and tuned up\, ready to do His work effectively.\nWe pray that what you’ll get out of the 2026 National Rally is the realisation that we are our own worst mechanics and instead we need to constantly look to Christ. \nJoin us at the 2026 CMA National Run hosted by CMA NSW/ACT.

SUMMARY:National Run - Post Run
DESCRIPTION:Now that you are all Tuned Up it is time to hit the road!\nExplore the Hunter Valley from your base at the Catalina Resort – you can take off from where the same spot the Catalina’s did in days gone by\nWith trips to Newcastle or Wollombi on the first day of riding you are all set to take on one of the states most famous set of twisties “The Ten Mile” on Putty Road as you head to a motorcyclists haven\, the Grey Gum Cafe before heading back the long way of course. \nDay one. \nTravel from Ridge Crest to Rathmines\, arriving mid-afternoon. Approximately a 6-hour trip. Dinner at Rathmines Bowling Club. Just a short walk from accommodation. \nDay two. \nRelaxing day with option of two morning organised rides. \n\nTo Newcastle and Fort Scratchley. Walk along Nobbies break wall. Ride around Lake Macquarie. This will be a tricky ride to stay together as a group\, due to traffic\, street lights & roundabouts. Ride map will be handed out.\nCountry ride to Wollombi.\nOtherwise\, feel free to explore the area on your own or just enjoy your accommodation and surrounds. Dinner at Wangi Wangi Workers Club.\n\nDay three. \nAll day ride. Leaving at approximately 8.30 am. Taking in some of the winery region\, travelling along the renowned Putty Road\, stopping for morning tea/coffee at the Grey Gum Café.  Travel through Windsor to Wisemans Ferry for lunch. Return through Mangrove Mountain\, Peats Ridge\, Kulnura\, Yarramalong and Wyee. About 400klm ride. Dinner at one of the local clubs. \nDay four. \nFarewell and depart.
