DESCRIPTION:Foster North (daughters holiday house) \n\n\n\nFoster weekend\n\n\n\nFirst of our over night rides. We will be staying at my daughters holiday house for free. The house has 5 double bedrooms and a bunk room\, heated indoor pool. Games room and an acre of camping area. \n\n\n\nWe plan to be leaving Friday 21st March 3:30pm from Lilydale travelling to Pakenham for coffee where we will met others before travelling on to Foster North (daughters holiday house) arrive at 6pm Just in time for dinner.  \n\n\n\nYou can meet us anywhere on the route or at my daughter place either Friday night or Saturday for breakfast. \n\n\n\nOn Saturday After a round or two of pancakes we will ride around Gippsland to places like Weshpool\, Port Albert\, Yarram etc. Before we head back to Foster North for a BBQ feast. \n\n\n\nSunday after breakfast we plan to take the scenic way to Korumburra and for those interested we will stop to visit a local church before heading home..  \n\n\n\nThis Weekend is open to all who would like to come. Easy paced motorbike ride starting near Cranbourne\, cruising thru some spectacular country to Yarram via Noojee\, then down thru Willow Grove\, Traralgon and stopping overnight in Yarram. Dinner at the Yarram Country Club with a couple of long time riding buddies who can no longer ride much. \n\n\n\nNOTE – if you’re not meeting us at the start\, you can meet us at Noojee at 10am for morning tea.Little Red Duck Cafe \n\n\n\nSunday – more cruising via Alberton\, Agnes Falls\, Toora\, Foster and Korumburra and back to Tooradin where we’ll have our last break before heading back home.All up around 470km start to finish. \n\n\n\nBoth days are easy riding pace with stops along the way to admire the scenery. \n\n\n\nYarram accommodation as follows: \n\n\n\nTarra Motel5182 5444 \n\n\n\nYarram Holiday Park5182 5063 \n\n\n\nAt this stage dinner venue has been booked for 10 and we’ll need to know final numbers the week before we ride. DESCRIPTION:Meet: Geelong RSL\, Belmont. 8:45 am for pre-ride briefing then stands up 9:00am \nIt’s all about the ice cream! A ride to Timboon Fine Ice Creamery for a coffee and ice cream. Then 15 minutes down the road to Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road for a leisurely lunch. \nA 4 hour round trip ride\, plus stops along the way for coffee and for lunch. \nReturning home in the afternoon there are a couple of scenic ways we can ride.  One possibility is the back way into Colac. A second option is via Lavers Hill up and over the Otway Range; a half hour longer but a very beautiful ride. Choice by consensus. \nEveryone is welcome.
