Either <a href=\"https:\/\/cmaaus.org\/vic\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Membership-Form-2025-26-v1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">click here to download <\/a>a form or complete the online form below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are several payment options: Direct deposit, cheque or via the <a href=\"https:\/\/cmaaus.org\/vic\/gifts-fees\/\" title=\"\">Gifts &amp; Fees<\/a> page on our website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members are expected to read and acknowledge the Statement of Belief. One God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Virgin birth and deity if Christ, His explicit atoning death, bodily resurrection and ascension. Salvation through the blood of Jesus and the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit who, enables a believer to live a holy life. The second coming of Jesus Christ. Therefore: I have turned away from the sins of my past having confessed these to God and sought forgiveness from Him. I have committed my life to Jesus Christ and now acknowledge Him as Saviour and Lord.
