We attended the 14th Annual St Luke’s Car & Bike Show at Liverpool hosted by the Ambassadors CMC in September. CMA, God’s Squad, Ambassadors, Righteous and other bike clubs were there as well as a healthy showing of very pretty custom and stock bikes and cars.
There was live music all day and heaps of trophies for those that entered the competition. At one stage we had to frighten away the flocks of Corellas which were sitting in the gum trees dropping messages onto the vehicles on display. At the word “GO!” everyone started their engines and revved them mercilessly and, sure enough, the Corellas all took off. Very well organised.
A lady approached me saying she was a Carer and she had an elderly chap with her who would love to sit on a bike. Mine was nearby and I think it made his day.
