We welcome CMA members, and all Christian riders to the CMA NSW/ACT fellowship weekend is held to encourage Christian riders in their God given ministries, to fellowship together, and to elect our executive for the coming year.

Our Host for the weekend is Wellington Baptist Church – 77 to 79 Swift St, Wellington

  • Bring your sleeping bag & mattress.
  • This is the best way to maximise the fellowship!
• Most meals provided over the weekend.
• Weekend cost is $50.00 per person to cover provided meals and donation to church (irrespective of where you stay).

Programme

Friday:

• Arrivals can gather at Wellington Baptist        Church to settle in from 4.30pm
• 4:30pm – dinner at church & fellowship

Saturday:

• 7:00am – breakfast
• 8:30am – teaching session no.1
• 10:00am- local area ride to Burrendong Dam
• 12:00noon – lunch at local venue at end of ride

(at your own cost)

• 3:00pm – AGM meeting
  • Committee meeting to follow (if required)
• 4:00pm – afternoon tea / free time to socialise together
• 6:00pm – dinner at the church
• 7:30pm – teaching session no.2
• 8:30pm on – fellowship together & supper

Sunday:

• 7:00 am – breakfast
• 8:00am to 9:00am – pack up and load bikes for after church show and shine
• 9:30am – morning church worship
• 11:00am – morning tea with church congregation

• 12noon on – head for home
